Agency Solicitations 

The agency SBIR solicitation contains instructions for preparing and submitting Phase I proposals, information on the evaluation of proposals including selection factors and procedures, and considerations related to subsequent Phase II and Phase III activities.

Each solicitation has three important dates: the pre-release period of the solicitation, the date proposals will start to be accepted, and the deadline for proposal submission. It is important to know these dates.

It is also important to recognize that each agency releases its own solicitation—each has different calendar days, different research interests, and different instructions.
